You'd think one adventure in the Jeep was good enough, but nope, had to have another one. Although this one isn't quite as exciting as the last, I thought it was still good enough to blog. Aaron started another little project yesterday on the jeep (coating the door and hood hinges with bed liner to protect from rust) so all the doors came off. Then, since we both had the day off we went to run some errands. I thought we would take the mustang, but he wanted to take the Jeep. Oh boy! Let's just say it stressed me out big time not having a door, even going as low as 30 mph. I had to hold on the bar above where the door should be. Interesting how much comfort a door gives, and how much stress the lack of one inspires. Of course we were smart enough not to go on the freeway, but still...yikes. Fortunately, the project is finished (and looks fantastic) and doors are back in the rightful places. The adventure was worth it though. I got a new yellow purse and some cute baby outfits for my new nephew and coming soon new niece! Well, that's the end of this episode. We'll see what happens next in the exciting lives of A squared.

Beginning Documentation of AA Wilson
As you all know, Aaron and I have almost been married 6 months (on the 18th if you've forgotten the date...*^#Mom#^*). So, we decided that we need to start documenting our life and adventures together. Life has been fantastic here in Texas! Jobs could be better, but we have them, which is what counts right now. It's been fun furnishing our future apt. We hope to be in one soon. The holidays were fun, especially down here in the South with Santa Clause roping in Rudolph the red nosed armadillo.
We have started our family, not with a child, or a dog, but with a hedgehog who we named Rosie. She's a little bigger now than she is in the photos, but not much and she won't get bigger.

More recently, we got Aaron a different car because the Kia wasn't cutting it. It's a Jeep Wrangler with a soft top and it's super fun to drive. Our first adventure happened with our new purchase this last Sunday. We decided to go for a nice relaxing drive, or so I thought. Aaron, however, had other plans. In short, we ended up getting stuck in a mud pit that used to be a pond. He just wanted to muddy the jeep a little as jeeps are meant to be, but the tires couldn't handle that amount of mud. We tried for a good two hours to get it out with me behind the wheel (YIKES!) and Aaron pushing, digging, squelching through the mud, and piling wood and hay behind the tires. Sadly we had to leave it overnight. We walked through a field until we arrived at civilization and Aaron's mom kindly came and got us. Thank goodness for cell phones!! Aaron and his dad went back the next morning with a jack to tow it out.
Not exactly how we wanted to spend our Sunday evening, but we laugh at the experience now!
Well, that's about it for now. I'll try to keep the updates coming.
